After analyzing results from over 80,000 submissions from the past month on our women's quizzes, it's clear that Gen Z's summer wardrobes are leaning into faded, vintage-inspired pieces, wardrobe essentials, and relaxed silhouettes. From the pieces consumers are saving to the outfits that they're building, these are the top fashion trends dominating June 2025 based on real-time data from our quizzes.
These insights come from a combined dataset generated by our two most viral women's quizzes to date, both created in partnership with A Style Set. Each quiz presents users with a series of rapid-fire product comparisons, asking them to choose their favorite item from a random set of six flat-lay images. Users can refresh the question if none of the options resonate, a feature designed to reduce noise and increase signal by ensuring each selection reflects a genuine preference.
At the end of the quiz, participants receive a personalized aesthetic profile, such as Downtown Girl, Blokette, or Quiet Luxury, along with curated style guides and shoppable links tailored to their taste. With an average of 10 questions per quiz and over 80,000 completions in the last 30 days alone, this dataset comprises nearly 800,000 discrete preference points, offering a uniquely granular look at what's trending in real time.

1. Denim Reigns Supreme
The top 22 bottoms chosen overall were denim. Faded washes are especially in-demand, with the top four jeans all featuring a worn-in, vintage-inspired fade. Baggy jeans lead in popularity, followed closely by bootcut styles, signaling a clear preference for loose, comfortable silhouettes.
2. Graphic Tees Take Over
Graphic baby tees are having a major moment. The #1 top chosen across all categories was a graphic baby tee, and 6 of the top 10 tops overall fall under the graphic tee umbrella. Grunge-inspired prints with faded washes are especially resonating, with the top three choices being band tees.
3. Sporty Sneakers Stay in Rotation
The Adidas Samba, Handball Spezial, and Gazelle aren't going anywhere after several years of continued popularity. The Adidas Handball Spezial in maroon is the #1 shoe of the month, and low-profile Adidas sneakers dominate the rest of the leaderboard, claiming spots #3, #4, and #5. Converse high tops, Alohas sneakers and Puma Speedcats also rank high, showing an overall strong preference for everyday retro sneakers with unique colors and textures.
4. Leather Jackets Are the Outerwear of Choice
Vintage-style leather jackets are the go-to layering piece among quiz-takers. The most popular outerwear item this month is an oversized black leather jacket with faded finishes. The second most popular leather jacket, and 4th overall pick for outerwear, is a brown oversized jacket with similar faded details and a collar. This grunge, '90s inspired vibe is clearly going strong.
5. Hoodies Hold Their Ground
Coming right behind leather jackets, faded hoodies claim the 2nd, 3rd, and 5th spots for outerwear. These cozy essentials are favored for their lived-in look and versatility. Oversized zip-up hoodies in particular are being chosen over regular pullover sweatshirts.
6. Flowy Dresses Lead the Pack
Among the top 11 dresses chosen, 9 are flowy. The winning dress? A black, ruched, asymmetrical mini—equal parts flirty and functional. Easy silhouettes with a little edge are the go-to, and we're also seeing ruffle details and halter tops being chosen frequently.
7. Gold Jewelry is the Go-to
All of the top 4 jewelry picks are gold, with the Heaven Mayhem Baby Knot Earrings coming in at #1. Minimal, slightly chunky styles are trending in the earrings category, while dainty layered chains are trending in the necklaces category.
8. Black and Brown Leather Bags
Out of the top 15 most-chosen bags, 12 are black or brown leather—and 9 of those feature silver hardware. The most popular bag is a small black faded-leather shoulder bag, showing a clear consumer preference for everyday practicality with a little edge.
